The St Férréol 's lake offers all the water sports : canoes,
yatch, , pedalos, ( except for motor-boards).During July and August a swimming instructor supervises the bathing. The lake is surrounded by an English type park where walking and picnics are possible.
Horse riding can be done in many equestrian centers.
A recreation center organizes different sporting sessions or daily animations: mountain bike, climbing, speleology, hiking, sailsurf, sailing dinghy and tennis. The Montagne Noire's center welcomes trainees for gliding formation.
The region has 1st and 2nd class fishing possibilities
in lakes or rivers.
