Refundable advance
Beneficiaries : : youngsters from 18 to 26 and parsons under 30 who have never been indemnified by the assedic. Beneficiaries of the Rmi, the ASS, the API. Employees recovering an enterprise having difficulties.
Conditions : creation or recovery of an enterprise no matter its juridical form and its activity.
Amount and characteristics : 40000F for one beneficiary (maxi 60000Fr if more than one ), refundable advance on 5 years ( with no tax ) financed by the State in complement of a bank financment equivalent at least to the half of the refundable advance . The beneficiary must be manager in the company and have at least 1/3Rd of the capital (alone or with his family having 25% by himself mini )subject to the fact that an another manager can not be directly in possession of more of the half of the capital. Different persons can get the help for the project if they have alltogether over 50% of the capital.

Amount and characteristics : a 30% personal allowance on the health contribution during the 2 first years of the activity, possibly held simultaneously with an exemption of the social tax bound to the acceptation of EDEN for the 2nd year of activity.
