The public authorities have put up an efficient procedure to help financially industrial workshops or buildings :

The SICOMI (real estate corporations for business and industry) guarantee the financing of relay buildings. The SICOMI are establishments with private shares having an approval from the region's prefecture.

It's also possible to refer directly to the Department, sometime the commune's pool also intercede in the fabric relay formula.

Many public subsidies programs can be raised to finance the investment. Besides it's also possible to intercede on the furniture aspect (industrial equipment ).

1st step : meeting between the enterprise and the financial baker (SICOMI).

2nd step : file investigation by the financial baker (analysis of the risks). Based on a building estimation the financial baker demands a subsidy for the industrial client. This subsidy is deducted from the total financing of the project. The instruction period of the file takes at least 1 month.

3rd step : financing agreement.

4th step : the enterprise receives a financial proposal.

5th step : the enterprise gives its agreement on the general principle.

6th step: the construction can start.

As an indication it takes 5 months to construct industrial buildings of 1300m2 with a cost of 2000Fr H-T for the M2.
